TCSVC Chair Message

WorldCongress on Services (SERVICES) since 2004.Many innovative growth initiatives have been delivered for the best interests of the worldwide services computing community, a fast-growing R&D community with more than 12,000 active participants.For the past six years, TCSVC has been collaborating with IEEE SERVICES on transforming the planning and execution of the technical conferences affiliated with IEEE SERVICES.Noteworthy changes include establishing IEEE compliant bylaws, institutionalizing a two-year conference planning process, and selecting non-US venues for IEEE SERVICES.The strong financial foundation of the annual events allows TCSVC to offer financial assistance for a wide range of community activities.This year, IEEE TCSVC jointly sponsors the inaugural IEEE SERVICES Symposium on Open Source Science (OSS), including OSS Awards and OSS Expo.It also jointly sponsors the "Journal-1st, Conference 2nd" (J1C2) Expo with IEEE TSC and IEEE SERVICES.Finally, it jointly sponsors the IEEE SERVICES Symposium on Women in Services Computing (WISC) and WISC Student Scholarship.I have been honored to serve as the IEEE-CS TCSVC Chair since 2021.I thank all community members' support and trust.Please continue to actively contribute to the growth of the services computing community.
