Nowadays., people are getting used to having a lot of things in their lives simplified by using a number of various mobile applications which help them in different situations. Tourism is one of the categories which some of these applications are being developed for. We are provided with applications for finding highly rated restaurants, interesting attractions, or the best way to get to a certain place. Route planning is one of the key actions when preparing for a trip. Maybe not everyone does it, but by having a plan of visiting our points of interest, we better know what types of traffic we need to use, as well as how much time can we spend on certain attractions. With our recommendation system for the routes, we want to reach relevance that will be comparable with the results of the existing recommendation systems for attractions. Another goal is to reach the high usability of our solution. This can be tested by usability testing. The usability should be higher than that reached by the existing applications. With usability, also performance is associated. We will strive to reach the performance of the existing solutions. Information resource creation and provision projects are characterized by a clear formalization of actions on obtaining and processing information. These actions are repeated in different projects, such as project of construction of optimal geographical routes.
