In this paper, the threshold judgment method of acceleration and angular velocity is used to determine the guardian's body posture, and the adaptive filtering method is used to process the pulse wave, which can effectively judge the abnormal body posture and heart rate data of the ward and send out alarm information. The fall detection and heart rate data detection are designed and tested. According to the acceleration and angular velocity information compared with the set threshold, the attitude of intelligent crutches is detected and judged. In the aspect of heart rate detection, the adaptive filtering algorithm is used to make the obtained heart rate data more accurate. The guardian can set the normal heart rate range according to the physical condition of the guardian.
