Importance of AIOps for Turn Metrics and Log Data: A Survey

AIOps is an information technology approach that automates and streamline IT operations by combining big data with machine learning models. For example, event correlation, anomaly detection, and root-cause analysis are some of the IT operations to be tackled. The whole software delivery lifecycle may benefit from a contemporary approach to AIOps. It provides quick responses and intelligent automation by addressing the volume, velocity, and diversity of data in complicated multicloud scenarios using cutting-edge AI approaches. Consequently, the capabilities of big data processing, machine learning and predictive analytics are the three primary areas that are targeted by an AI operations platform that is included into an AIOps platform which is an essential set of advantages for a company's bottom line. The goal of this study is to identify the significance of artificial intelligence to the services of information technology and to locate AI resources connected to software automation and management systems.
