Tianhao Wu, Zhengyu Song · 2023
In order to realize and expand the data exchange function of VDES, the VDES data gateway for maritime communication is designed according to the VDES standard and the data transmission characteristics of the VDES system. VDES data gateway can realize the functions including resource management and allocation, packet data filtering and packet data forwarding in ship-to-shore communication. The VDES data gateway is developed on the Linux platform, and the VDES testing environment is built. The functions of VDES data gateway is verified, which provides reference for the development and application of VDES system.
