The e-tendering process is a comprehensive and intricate business procedure that entails various legal obligations related to corporate contracts.Numerous Asian governments have embraced an e-tendering system to streamline the tendering process. In order to promote fairness, government agencies and private organizations are consistently striving to enhance this process.Recently, the e-tendering system has demonstrated its efficacy and convenience by facilitating procurement practices and fostering productivity, effectiveness, and transparency. However, challenges persist within the e-tendering system, primarily concerning centralization, which grants local groups complete control over the database and system, thereby increasing the risk of fraudulent activities, collusion, and manipulation. To address these concerns and eliminate suspicions of bidder fraud, it is imperative to support the highly competitive contract selection process with robust and transparent technology. One viable solution involves implementing the AWS S3 cloud service in conjunction with AES Encryption algorithm techniques. This combination allows for integrated systems without the need for a third party, adhering to the decentralized nature of distributed databases and ensuring multiple user copies.By adopting the AWS S3 cloud service, AES Encryption algorithm techniques, and QR Code technique, the e-tendering process can mitigate the potential for fraud, particularly in terms of database manipulation.
