Functional characterization of Alzheimer's disease genetic variants in microglia

In our study, genetic fine-mapping and CRISPRi screens identified functional variants and their target genes associated with Alzheimer’s Disease in microglia. Here we attached the code for gene expression analysis in CRISPRi screen using single cell gene counts from the HyPR-seq pipeline.
