Automatic Generation of a Blockchain-based Drug Supply Chain Management System

Blockchain technology can improve supply chain management and delivery systems for medical drugs, in several ways. It can improve trust, data integrity, transparency, certify the ownership of drug lots, and track all the phases of the life-cycle of a drug in a non-alterable way. This paper presents a blockchain-based methodology for automatically developing a DApp for drug supply chain management, starting from a description of the specific supply chain involved. It make use of the Python Django framework and is performed by building configurable SCs. Additionally, we describe a simple case study to show how our approach works.
