In recent years, as China has entered an aging society, the safety monitoring problem of the senior citizen still needs to be solved, and the wearable intelligent devices for the senior citizen have become a research hotspot in recent years. This paper mainly monitors the movement of the senior citizen from several modules such as Beidou Satellite Positioning System and senior citizen fall monitoring. If the system detects the fall of the senior citizen, the system will immediately send positioning information to the guardian's mobile phone Help SMS through visible light communication and use the circular voice help module in the system to ask passers-by for help, so that the senior citizen can get timely help and treatment after falling, and reduce the risk of aggravation and even death.
