High-performance computing (HPC) is becoming increasingly important in modern technology as a means of accelerating difficult mathematical calculations and business processes in several industries. Because of this, conducting research on big data and making use of cloud computing are prerequisites for putting "high-performance computing" into action in the real world. The purpose of the research was to determine, on the basis of the benefits, the benefits and drawbacks of HPC systems as well as cloud computing. The SEM approach was utilized throughout the research in order to justify the procedure for successfully adopting HPC. For the purpose of this investigation, the SPSS statistical software was utilized to carry out multiple regression analyses. In statistical analysis, a relationship is said to be "significant" if the significance value is less than 0.05, indicating that there is a close connection between the dependent and independent variables. The high-potential cohort in the industry and the year were chosen as the independent variables, and "Profit Gain" was chosen as the dependent variable. The findings demonstrated that there was no significant connection between the dependent and the independent variable. The results of the SPSS data show that the factors that were chosen do not have a substantial impact, and the regression analysis demonstrates that the data does not fulfil the requirements either.
