One of the directions of digital signal processing in a wide frequency band allows operation with a sampling frequency lower than that required by the Shannon-Nyquist sampling theorem, with subsequent compensation for distortions caused by aliasing. Publications devoted to bandpass sampling mainly consider the transformation of the spectrum of a sampled signal in the absence of aliasing. The structure of the spectrum during aliasing is poorly studied. At the same time, distortion compensation algorithms depend on their nature. Algorithms based on multichannel sampling are among such algorithms. This paper discusses the features of aliasing, including high-order aliasing.
