The proposed algorithm is designed to improve the HCI interaction, without the user’s prior knowledge of any RDB query languages. In the proposed research, an NLQ into SQL translation algorithm is developed using linguistics-based mapping procedures with rule-based mechanisms. The entered NLQ goes through many steps of NLP processes. Then, the generated SQL is executed, and the results are returned to the user.
