Smoking smoked fish by humans is still done in the traditional form of using smoke from charcoal and turning the fish manually, so that the maturity of the fish is uneven and also unhygienic. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to design smoked fish automatically. This design uses a stepper motor to turn the fish so that it ripens evenly and also a PZEM sensor to detect battery capacity and stepper motor speed. The automatic fish smoking system consists of a solar panel, solar charge control, and a battery as a power source for the Arduino Mega, which acts as a microcontroller, an LM2596 as a derect current (DC) to derect current (DC) converter, a DHT-22 sensor as a temperature and humidity detector, an LCD is used to display the syste, and an exhaust fan and stepper motor as the output of the automatic fish smoking system. This tool is able to speed up the process of smoking smoked fish and also maintain the maturity level of the fish, so that the fish produced is hygienic.
