Research on Traffic Safety AI Education System Based on User Portrait and Collaborative Filtering

With the continuous development of the operational transportation industry, the continuing education content of drivers in the industry also needs to be improved urgently. In the limited time, how to make drivers learn more useful and suitable traffic safety knowledge has become a new direction for the development of traffic safety training software. To this end, we design a personalized learning recommendation system based on the collaborative filtering of user portraits. Aiming at the problem of cold start of users in the User-CF algorithm, we establish a similarity calculation model based on user portraits. As the difficulty of the problem is different from person to person, we establish a difficulty correction mechanism, too. By taking the series of measures, the result helps drivers acquire more suitable knowledge in a limited time.
