Dear Editor, Oncoplastic breast surgery is a rapidly evolving field that combines the principles of oncologic surgery and plastic surgery to achieve optimal outcomes for breast cancer patients.By integrating techniques such as tumor resection, breast reconstruction, and symmetry procedures, oncoplastic surgery aims to minimize traditional breast cancer surgery's negative aesthetic and functional consequences while maintaining or even improving oncological outcomes.
