On Asymptotic Universality of Strong Interactions at Large Distances

Abstract We propose a generalisation of the Pomeranchuk theorem which argues that elastic cross-sections should show a universal energy dependence: difference of integrated elastic cross-sections of any pair of initial channels has to disappear at high enough energy.
