The healthcare industry stands to be profoundly impacted by the dramatic advances that mobile computing and the Internet of Things (IoT) can bring. The IoT and mobile computing are revolutionizing healthcare by addressing a wide range of challenges. Doctors and patients used to only communicate through in-person visits, text messages, and phone calls before the widespread use of mobile computers and the IoT. However, things are beginning to change. By remotely monitoring their patients with the help of IoT-enabled gadgets, mobile computing and IoT have allowed clinicians to provide exceptional treatment. The rise of Internet-enabled gadgets means that doctors and hospitals may reduce the number of appointments patients miss, gain a deeper comprehension of their conditions, and produce better results in less time. When widely implemented, IoT devices will contribute greatly to the betterment of healthcare services, customer experiences, and cost savings.
