Smart healthcare systems are useful for the prediction of diseases to provide a proper diagnosis, prevention, and cure by analyzing them. Blockchain (BC) is one of the emerging and trending technologies for various smart and intelligent health care systems that are very much required in the current scenario to expand the medical boundaries. The mechanism used in it gives assurance of security of data of patients which is the most important aspect of a healthcare system. But with one issue resolved, cannot stop the other issues to rise like attacks and double spending. To pick up these issues, analytics of data is required on the secured data for better results in the diagnosis and analysis in the healthcare industry. Till now, machine learning algorithms for recognizing the patterns in healthcare, data analyzing, and making some decisions based on the data have also shown their value among different sectors. The basic characteristic of ML is to modify the accuracy of results by involving the rational amount of healthcare data for precise diagnosis or decisions. To make positive decisions, the proper amount of data is required. So, the combination of these two technologies - machine learning and BC technology - can improve the results to a better precision of improvement to the next level which may be very important and useful for medical or healthcare systems. Support vector machines (SVM), deep learning (DL), convolution neural network (CNN), and long - short-term memory (LSTM) are some of the traditional ML techniques which can be useful for the analysis of the issues like the attack on the BC network. In this study, we will discuss about a detailed comparison of smart applications in the healthcare sector that mainly includes applications like smart grid, smart cities, etc. Data security increases by combining both machine learning and block chain.
