The article considers a differential stage (DS) circuitry on bipolar trasistors, in which the introduction of differentiating transient correction circuits results in the generation of the significant pulse currents at the outputs, which ensure faster recharging of the load capacitances. It is recommended to use the DS circuit in operational amplifiers (Op-Amp), voltage comparators, digital-to-analog converters with discharge current switching, continuous degenerative voltage stabilizers embedded microelectronic systems. The example of application of the DS of this class in the operational amplifier on bipolar transistors of Minsk JSC "Integral", which increases the maximum slew rate of the output voltage of Op-Amp from 3.3 V/µs to 8692 V/µs, that is more than by three orders, is presented. Recommendations are given for designing a buffer amplifier for Op-Amp, which provides specified values of the maximum amplitudes of positive and negative output voltages with inverting Op-Amp inclusion. It is noted that the considered circuit of DA is effective enough and at its realization as a part of microcircuits on complementary CMOS technological processes.
