Awareness of Cyber Crime and Security

For most people, using the internet for daily transactions has become commonplace. Both internet usage and cyber crime have significantly increased. Cyber crime is any crime committed via a computer or network. In both the private and professional sectors, the threat of cyber crime is a constant and growing reality. Old crimes have a new look since the internet's invention. The goal of this study is to raise awareness about the cyber crimes that are occurring in the modern world as well as about the need for greater cybersecurity. This essay aims to examine the degree to which internet users of various ages and educational backgrounds are aware of cyber crime. Both objectives have been analysed using a linear regression model. This study discovers a connection between the respondents' respondents' age groups and educational backgrounds. Therefore, it is the responsibility of each and every internet user to understand cyber crime and security and to spread this knowledge to others.
