This code package includes two components: the script for checking log parsing errors and a CSV file for generating a heatmap that compares the presence and impact of log characteristics across eight different log parsing techniques. The script allows you to compare log files and identify parsing errors. The script generates a new CSV file as output, which indicates the presence or absence of a match and provides additional information about the log parsing errors. The CSV file included in the package is used to create a heatmap. The heatmap visually represents the relative frequencies of log characteristics for each log parsing technique. It provides insights into the differences and similarities in the presence and impact of log characteristics across the eight log parsing techniques.
