This research study intends to create a website to register inland vessels and seafarers and then allow users to access their data. The system aims to provide E-license to ships and seafarers using blockchain. The proposed system will help to create a portal for collecting data as well as viewing data remotely. The database will also keep the details of inland vessels and their owners as issued by the Ministry of ports” shipping, and Waterways. This research study encapsulates all the information for the analysis” design, and development of the system. Lastly, the report will conclude with a screenshot and future work of the final website.
