Blockchain acts as a ledger for keeping a decentralized, secure and immutable record of events and data.All the solutions for security issues with cloud storage are provided by blockchain technology.Peer-to-peer networking in blockchain also provides maximum resource utilization.However, total volume of data on the blockchain ledger keeps on growing as data once added cannot be removed from blockchain.This paper proposes a way to utilize the security benefits of blockchain technology without having to worry about storage space.Solution to the above problem lies in using hyperledger fabric along with IPFS.With this application, users can store the files on the IPFS network which is a decentralized, peer to peer system providing distributed data storage and delivery.IPFS returns a hash to the stored file which will then be stored on the blockchain reducing the amount of data to a great extent.
