Research on fine management of engineering projects based on BIM5D technology

Refined management is a kind of concept and responsibility, but also the inevitable requirement of project management. It contains a logical division of social work, as well as the quality of service clarity, which is the inevitable requirement of modern management. Also, to achieve standardized management, personality management must go through the road. The current trend toward information technology in the construction industry is particularly on the rise, and BIM5D is a technology that is becoming increasingly important. Therefore, the rational application of this technology in this project has changed the management problems of traditional engineering construction in many ways, such as the joint management of construction progress, project budget, resource consumption, construction costs, construction agreements, and other related information, which has saved costs for the construction of the project and has truly implemented the concept of fine management into the project and solved practical problems for the construction engineering industry. The overall construction level of the project is improved in the process of combining innovative technology with high-quality management concepts.
