A novel framework for camera-based eye gaze estimation

Eye gaze tracking measures visual attention and has been deployed to identify effective marketing solutions in affective manner, yet the scope is limited due to expensive invasive equipment used for recording eye gaze. Owing to the prevalent and performance constraints associated with non-invasive techniques, there seems ample scope to refine and enhance their performance. In this paper, a camera based non-invasive framework has been proposed for tracking and recording gaze points. Finally, this paper discussed possible future applications of eye gaze tracking using ordinary camera.
