There is an importance to focus on BLOCKCHAIN in providing an explanation for enrollment transactions in a decentralized way. In order to meet the requirements of storing comparatively large data, a decentralized storage medium is produced. A file-sharing system called IPFS can be used to store and distribute huge files more effectively. Unfortunately, there is some inefficiency when sharing data using the mixture of IPFS and BLOCKCHAIN, any user on the network could obtain the file hash, and can get it from IPFS but this paper proposed solving the problem with using first, By combining the IPFS and the BLOCKCHAIN, access can be obtained to the decentralized storage power of IPFS and enhance the security and functionality of the BLOCKCHAIN. Second, by using the-advance encryption standard- AES Encryption, the file is encrypted before being uploaded to IPFS. Hence, the security of the file contents and the BLOCKCHAIN are increased since only users with a validated file key are able to access the readable contents of the file.
