Face recognition software is a piece of computer hardware that employs several algorithms to recognize faces in digital photos, identify people, and then confirm the authenticity of the acquired images by comparing them to facial images that have already been saved in a database. The field of computer vision includes the essential problem of facial recognition, which has been extensively researched by several researchers. This topic is crucial, particularly for specific applications like surveillance technology. This survey article’s main objective is to compare the various facial recognition algorithms.
