This paper mainly studies the current situation and characteristics of LIMS in the field of metal deep processing, designs and implements a LIMS system suitable for the needs of a local metal material processing enterprise . In the implementation process, the Spire component newly released by Microsoft is used to solve the problem of operating different file formats under terminal conditions, ensuring the security of data; At the same time, a method of complex trigger is designed to solve the problem that the system data can be consistent after sub-item detection, which ultimately improves the production efficiency and management efficiency of the enterprise.
