probably, many people focused on how efficiently computers are used in most organizations. They mostly relegate the role of typewriters, and the network infrastructure supports only a small amount of file transfer. Of course, many people use DBMS, e-mail, scheduling and similar applications in their work. Nevertheless, the very weak structure of collective work is surprising. After a few months, users could not even understand files and documents created by themselves - what can we say about strangers! Finding and processing a month old document requires considerable effort. But often the documents are not on their own, but are linked to each other. And this relationship must be restored through touch. In addition, it is important to know not only the content of the user files, but also who created or changed them, when and on what basis. Therefore, it is highly desirable that the software supports the collaborative work of users, automatically monitoring all their actions.
