With more than 30 years of experience, M. Eric Chartr is an expert-generalist in software architecture, software engineering and software design for knowledge and information management systems. His area of expertise and background also covers Employee, Client, and User experience, usability, cognitive ergonomics and science, software security, agility and the Toyota Production System. He is currently finishing his Master's degree in Informatics. His thesis introduces a new psycho-technology regarding highly reactive micro-service-based architecture and design.
