Prediction from Breast Cancer Images by Logistic Regression and AlexNet Models

Since the breast cancer makes big influence of human’s health, the prevention and treatment of breast cancer is very important. Artificial Intelligence is widely used in prediction based on database. In that paper, Artificial Intelligence is used for prevention and treatment of breast cancer based on patients’ cell images. Logistic Regression and AlexNet models are used as examples. Matrix calculation and rotation are used for data pretreatment. In the experiment, 5547 images with shape 50 × 50 × 3 are used as training and testing datasets. Comparing to the CNN Tensorflow model from Kaggle, AlexNet has higher test accuracy with longer training time, and Logistic Regression well reflects the relationship between specific part of cell and the breast cancer.
