Edge devices are employed to ease the delay sensitive processes in classic cloud architectures, although fog computing has demonstrated its usefulness for computation, storage, and communication. Fog nodes have made computational intelligence more accessible to end devices. There have been numerous frameworks for fog computing that employ edge devices for computing. In this study, we suggested model using simulation for devices capable of utilizing end-devices to manage the maximum computing demand in order to deliver greater Quality of Service (QoS). Local nodes of fog are placed at network edge locations and act as a computational agent to handle demands by allocating these in cloud-based data centers, or underutilized end user devices. To deliver a higher level of service quality using devices provided at multi layered architecture, the proposed method for resource sharing depends on Earliest Deadline First (EDF) and Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) algorithm. Performance of existing fog-based systems has been enhanced by the idea in which IoT devices act as fog nodes. The proposed work is compared to industry standards for system cost, Quality of Service (QoS), energy utilization, and efficiency.
