Invalid Message Risks and Analysis of Laws to Restrict Cyber Crime in Social Applications

Information systems that support interaction with users, especially social applications, when there are many functions, may omit the filtering of user input data due to functional cross-reference and improper switch logic settings. It leads to a series of risk issues when information systems process illegal format information. This paper, taking Android operating system as an example, analyzes the security problem of information system risks caused by the invalid messages in social applications so as to try carrying out a risk assessment on the harm to information systems caused by such events. Relevant laws are gathered. It would be discussed how to effectively curb cybercrime in social applications through legal means.
