Review of: "Relativistic Acceleration Described by Newtonian Mechanics"

The paper shows discrepancies between the the predictions of the author's theory and the predictions of the special theory of relativity for both time dilation and the independence of clock frequency on acceleration. The authors seems ignorant of the fact that both effects are verified with a very high level of precision by experiments that agree with special relativity and disagree with his theory.
