An Effective Incentive Mechanism for Individual Data Sharing

In this paper, an elegant mechanism of data-sharing and incentive is constructed based on personalized local differential privacy. We also proved that the mechanism is perfectly data privacy, arbitrage-free, ex-interim individually rational, Bayesian incentive compatible, and equilibrium. By this way, data consumer can maximize estimation accuracy with the lowest capital budget or minimize capital budget with the considerable accuracy.
