The networked test system based on the new XMA collector is gradually replacing the traditional PCM test system based on the KAM collector. In this network test system architecture, the amount and type of data increase significantly, and meanwhile the structure of data packets is flexible and changeable, which puts forward higher requirements for the quality and speed of data processing and data analysis algorithm. Based on this, it is necessary to develop a special software for the new XMA collector. Firstly, the relational database model is designed to realize the automatic analysis and structured storage of basic data information. Secondly, the Byte-packet algorithm of multilevel eigenvalues indexing the database is set to complete the type recognition and parameter parsing of massive network packets. Finally, a time approximation and sampling preserving algorithm based on cyclic buffer pool is designed to perform time alignment and sampling unification for data of different types of network packets. The correctness and validity of the software in data processing are verified by simulated flight data, which provides powerful software technical support for the test flight.
