In the recent year malicious attack in the Wireless Sensor Network is one of the major concerns as it can be positioned at remote locations and inaccessible area where human presence is difficult. It is also used in critical applications such as military, flood detection, disaster management, health care and many more. The security measures that can be implemented in terrestrial network is difficult to implement in Wireless Sensor Network due to its resource restraint sensor nodes. In this paper an epidemic model SEIRA (Susceptible-Exposed-Infected-Removed-Antidotal) is developed. The introduction of antidotal compartment to analyze the condition of the wireless sensor network when anti-virus programs are used in the network. The model has shown a good qualitative result when the removal rate is considered nil and all the devices from the removed compartment are recovered. The SEIRA model is studied and analyzed considering the removal rate as parameter to attain the state for stability at attack free and endemic equilibrium point. Ordinary differential equation is solved using numerical method and simulation is executed to confirm the theoretical stability of the developed model.
