Deep Learning based Image Deblurring: A Comparative Survey

In this paper a comprehensive survey of all deblurring techniques has been presented. Basically, we have presented the classified techniques as: Non- Blind Deblurring and Blind Deblurring. We have started with MLP under Non-Blind Category, and surveyed several techniques with increasing order of complexity. Thereafter several Deep-Learning based techniques for Blind-Deblurring have been discussed including GAN. In our comparison we have presented a comparison of recent deblurring techniques across various parameters. This survey is aimed at providing the drawbacks and benefits of various techniques for deblurring and hope to serve as reference for the practitioners of this field.
