Controllability of Periodic CNN under von Neumann Boundary Conditions

Abstract. In this paper we consider the CNN model in a 2D array with periodic coefficients, impose Von Neumann boundary conditions and study controllability of the resulting system, this is done by using a result due to P. Brunovsky. Finally we implement some numerical in order to extract particular features of input images.
