The A64FX processor is the most powerful Armbased processor to date. Despite the fact that it is a cache-based multiple cores CPU, its peak performance and memory bandwidth are comparable to the modern High Performance Computing architectures like Accelerators. In this paper, It is tried to understand and explore the Fujitsu's A64FX processor architecture with different micro-benchmarks available in LIKWID tool and also tried to compare it's peak flop performance and memory bandwidth with Intel Cascadelake architecture.
