In this paper, we study the sampling-based event-triggered aperiodic intermittent control (S-EAIC) for the stabilization of continuous-time dynamical systems (CDS). The comparison was given between S-EAIC and the recent proposed event-triggered aperiodic intermittent control (E-APIC) with state-based control widths (SCW). The results show that compared with E-APIC with SCW, S-EAIC has the best control performance with the least amount of control computation and the least number of control times. Finally, a Chua’s system is taken as an example to verify the validity of the theoretical results.
