This paper studies the state of charge (SOC) balancing control for distributed battery energy storage systems (BESS). SOC gives the information of holding capacity when the battery is charged or discharged. A dynamic event triggering coordination consensus algorithm is proposed under an undirected topology by introducing internal dynamic variables. Multi-agent consensus theory is utilized to achieve SOC balance. Lyapunov function is constructed to illustrate the battery management system asymptotically stable. Compared with the conventional event-triggered mechanism (ETM), the introduction of dynamic ETM can reduce more consumption of communication. Finally, Simulation is presented to show the validity and effectiveness of the dynamic ETM.
