Indonesia as an archipelagic country has various geographical characteristics, both in terms of tectonic plates, meteorological dynamics, and climatology that are prone to natural disasters. These natural disasters include earthquakes, floods, landslides, cyclones, tidal waves, etc. The post-disaster initiatives are taken with a purpose to find out the condition of the victims and take appropriate treatment, one way that can be done is to use the smart health concept. This research proposes a design system for monitoring the health condition of natural disasters victims and to prevent the worst as early as possible, which is named Moondiv (Monitoring for Natural Disaster Victims). There are three subsystems in Moondiv: prototype device, database, and web application. This device will be placed on the victim's body to determine vital parameters such as body temperature, oxygen saturation, and pulse rate. The fuzzy logic method will be used as a Decision Support System for making decisions about the victim's condition.
