IoT is no longer an exception. It&s;s affecting the way we do things. Everything from the way we use our household equipment to the way we keep tabs on the environment has changed in recent years. In the same way, the role of industry is also played. By analyzing IoT data, 4G and 5G technologies can deliver smart services including smart surroundings, smart homes, smart energy, and smart health. The emergence of 5G technology is a need, not a luxury. If wireless technology and logistical software can&s;t keep pace with hardware developments, this data is generally rendered unusable and hence useless. To make sense of all the data, the improved connection speeds are also coinciding with advancements in logistics technology. Inefficiencies and faults in the supply chain may be remedied in near real time with the use of readily interactive dashboards, translated data that show shipment statuses, and prompted alerts to identify possible concerns. A decade ago, this improved reliability might have seemed like a fantasy, but it&s;s quickly becoming a reality as demand in the sector rises. With the fast advancement and convergence of these technologies, large volumes of data are being generated and consumed across the supply chain. To derive useful insights from this data, it must be examined and used. &s;Hyper-connected&s; supply chains need organizations to establish competencies in the fundamental building pieces. The &s;connectivity&s; backbone for achieving a &s;hyper-connected&s; supply chain will be formed by 5G and other adjacent technologies, such as IoT, that provide fast, reliable, low-latency communications. Present research considers the feedback of male and female in supply chain management. This survey has been conducted with support of IoT using the 5G network. Questionnaire has been developed in order to consider the awareness, experience, and trend of organized and unorganized retail supply chain management. The data collected is classified for organized and unorganized supply chain. Then statistical formula mean, median, and standard deviation has been applied on data.
