International Research Journal of Modernization in Engineering Technology and Science · 2023
Currently, most economic, commercial, cultural, social, and governmental activities and contacts of countries at all levels, including individuals, non-governmental organisations, and government and governmental institutions, take place in cyberspace. Many private companies and government organisations throughout the world have recently faced cyber-attacks and the dangers of wireless communication technologies.Modern society is heavily reliant on electronic technology, so safeguarding this data from cyber-attacks is a complex problem. The goal of cyber-attacks is to cause financial harm to businesses.Cyber-attacks can also serve military or political aims in some circumstances.Data distribution services (DDS), computer viruses, and other attack vectors are a few of the harms that might be caused. To avoid the damage brought on by cyberattacks, different businesses employ a variety of methods.New malware variants are created virtually daily, and the number of attacks is increasing by 56%.Several people perceive cyber-security as alliterative in machine learning and artificial intelligence capacity crease into modern-day technologies and platforms. This study explains how cyber threat attacks are anatomized in the literature. This article covers a wide range of cyberattack types, including malware detection, threats, email spam, and intrusion detection. As a result, approaches for attack detection and mitigation in network systems are being taught.
