Intelligent Module Configuration of Bakery Retail Trading Platform

With the prevalence of AI technology, the catering and retail industry adds value and upgrades through AI technology. Combined with market demand and technical frameworks, this research was carried out to accelerate the overall digital transformation of the catering industry and realize the vision of a sustainable enterprise with AI. Two technical modules are provided: (1) product identification checkout system and (2) real-time face recognition module. Through this study, the workload and psychological pressure of the catering industry personnel are relieved, the service quality of the store is improved, and a better consumer experience is provided. The image recognition training is conducted for nearly 20 items, and the mAP is as high as 0.989.
