Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) is a popular technol-ogy in Internet of Things (IoT). Bluetooth Core Specification v5.2 provides a new Bluetooth audio transmission technology - BLE Audio. BLE Audio provides two transmission modes - connection oriented Connected Isochronous Group (CIG) and broadcast oriented Broadcast Isochronous Group (BIG). In this paper, we design a QoS (Quality of Service) sensitive networking scheme based on BLE Audio (QSNBA). First, a layered architecture based on BLE Audio is proposed. Then, we use defined broadcast packets for information exchange to form the master-slave node cluster. Next, according to time delay, reliability and other parameters, multi-hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive appraisal (MFCA) is used to select the appropriate mode between master and slave nodes in the two transmission modes - BIG and CIG. In addition, we also use a method to evaluate the importance of Bluetooth nodes to revise the transmission mode. Finally, We built BLE Audio node model based on OmNET ++ and carry out simulation verification. The results show that average end-to-end delay of QSNBA is reduced by 0.42s and the energy consumption is reduced by 56% compared with the all CIG mode, the packet delivery rate of QSNBA is improved by 10.5% compared with the all BIG mode. Moreover, QSNBA has a superior performance on average end-to-end delay, energy consumption and packet delivery rate when the network has a large number of devices.
