China’s elderly care is facing new development trends and some new characteristics. Community intelligent elderly care collaborative governance can promote the high-quality comprehensive development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. At present, blockchain is setting off an upsurge of innovation all over the world, and China has also put forward an innovative development strategy with blockchain as the core technology. In this context, it is of great significance to promote the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei by building a collaborative governance mechanism for smart elderly care in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei communities based on blockchain technology, creating a good blockchain innovation environment and promoting the high-quality development of community elderly care.
