Construction of Knowledge Graph Based on Readers' Comments in University Library

As an important tool for the communication between the readers and the library, the message board of the university library is an information exchange and feedback platform built by the library in order to promote the mutual communication, understanding, understanding and trust between the readers and improve the quality of library service. The readers' message data presents the characteristics of large amount of data and poor correlation with each other, which belongs to the weak structure data. It is difficult to directly analyze the existing problems and relevant improvement strategies of university library. This paper analyzes 8,443 messages in the message boards of “Project 211” universities. Using TextRank to obtain entities, relations and attributes from message text, this paper proposes a knowledge graph construction framework for message board, and analyzes the knowledge graph. It verifies the feasibility of using this method to construct knowledge graph for message data, and provides a new research method for the visualization and mining of message data in university library.
