As the human economy and society enter the era of big data, and the application of big data analysis is booming, the value of data analysis has doubled. The design and application of big data systems have shown unprecedented complexity. Traditional protection methods have been unable to adapt to the new security requirements of the big data processing environment, so security issues have become increasingly prominent. Research on data verification methods and cross-domain applications is great significance to the secure sharing of big data across regions, industries and companies. In the paper, the big data security application and cross-regional verification technology of blockchain technology are discussed, and the relevant theoretical knowledge is understood on the basis of the research literature, and then the big data security application using blockchain technology is cross-regional. The verification method was conceived, and the design method was tested. The test concluded the privacy protection-oriented service invocation authentication protocol proposed in this paper is compared with the invocation authentication protocol based on the PKI mechanism. When the number of transmissions reaches more than 6 the message the length reduction rate a tends to 0.90.
